| PermaBurnish™
initiates a chemical densification process by reacting with the
concrete to form a hard dense layer.
The final result is a
hardened, sealed and dustproof floor. In conjunction with the
application of the densifier we progressively work the surface
through a honing and polishing process to bring the surface to a
PermaBurnish™ luster.
Surface coatings and
coverings wear
out and need replacement from time to time. Maintenance costs
for material, labor and lost productivity (down time) will be
incurred on a regular basis for any surface product. PermaBurnish™
is not a surface system and not subject to recurring
replacement costs.

Quick Facts:
- PermaBurnish™
is excellent for
an area where
a very rich concrete look is desired but where ongoing
maintenance (such
as sealing, coating, floor covering, waxing, stripping, etc) is
not wanted.
- It can be applied on:
- regular concrete
(old or new)
- concrete with integral color/
shake-on colored hardener
- acid-stained concrete
- tilt-up or pre-cast walls
- It is
great for slab rehabilitation.
